The project stems from an analysis of the concept of light and the study of a range of innovative materials that have special relations with it. Inspired by the idea of light as a “signal” and choosing as a characteristic phrase of the design process “in the crowd waiting to cross at the light, she looks around to find a face like she can,” Lions, Dire Straits, the project become a graphic to be applied to the floor, that inform on the opportunity to interact in everyday life.
The centerpiece of the project is the concept of network creating, made through proxemic rules. The choosen representative language, computer type, is aimed at a target that, by making more and more use of the web social networks to maintain and create new relationships, perceives it so familiar and clear. The places deemed suitable for the application of the graphic are generally those places waiting and / or break, in which there is increased susceptibility to introspection, allowing the user to perform a process of reflection on the issue and leaving him the freedom to do act as not to do it.
